- Individuals, 18 years of age and older who reside in Pennsylvania and attend a church located within Pennsylvania that has a current or historical connection with the United Methodist Church.
- Churches located within Pennsylvania that have a current or historical connection with the United Methodist Church.
- Organizations located within Pennsylvania that have a current or historical connection with the United Methodist Church.
- Anyone involved in any program, activity or organization located within Pennsylvania that has a current or historical connection with the United Methodist Church.
